Four Bridges is Digicel?s primary programme partner and is providing expertise and project management services to Digicel across 14 countries and 16,900km of works in the Caribbean and Central America regions. This includes survey, design, supply of materials, project management, logistics and vendor management labour management, network implementation and rollout, activation services and emergency repair and maintenance support services.
Four Bridges is in the strong position of being able to mobilise rapidly in view of our existing highly-qualified and experienced management team, availability of skilled staff and equipment, network of approved contractors and material suppliers, ISO accredited integrated management system and well-honed operational processes and procedures. The Four Bridges team working with Irish Water was the first to mobilise and complete the three-year programme ahead of schedule.
Four Bridges has invested in the development of a tailored Work Management System (Tango). Tango is a ?cradle to grave? tool which supports our team from the survey process right through to the ?drops? in the customer?s home. It ensures that real-time information on the survey, build and drops are visible to the customer. The tool is used via an app on smart devices by all members of the project team giving Four Bridges a world-class differentiator when it comes to network build programme management. Our delivery team is fully trained on PRINCE 2 Project Management Methodology ? to ensure that risks are captured and mitigated, issues are resolved and the overall project is managed on time and on budget. Crews use an in-field app which automates the tracking and reporting process on-site and reduces administration and reporting activities in the field.
Four Bridges's technical capabilities allow us to offer a truly end-to-end solution from survey and design through to construction, maintenance and customer connection. Our recent expansion into North America forms a critical strand of our international, end-to-end capability, giving us extensive in-house expertise with access to 120 network design engineers. Our management team maintains a strong focus on operational performance management and KPI reporting, with a proven ability to consistently meet and exceed service requirements and operational targets.
Four Bridges will maximise performance of the project while prioritising the health and safety of the public, our customers and our people. Our health and safety management system is accredited to OHSAS 18001. Four Bridges has invested in a web-based SHEQ management system (SHE) to provide a single system for the management of all aspects of SHEQ within Four Bridges. The key features of SHE enable us to complete audit reports on-site; identify areas for improvement; consolidate training records and set up of prompts for training updates as well as track and analyse all accidents, incidents and near misses from initial report to close out.
