Every room.
Every conversation.
Connected.

Audio visual systems, video conferencing, professional sound and workspace technology built around the way you meet and work.

See clearly. Be heard. Work together.

Four Bridges brings together audio visual solutions for meeting rooms, conference spaces, training rooms and individual workstations. We help organisations in Islamabad, Karachi and across Pakistan select video conferencing equipment, PA systems, webcams and collaboration technology around their premises, users and business needs.

Meeting & Conference Rooms

Bring every participant into the conversation.

Plan a connected room with suitable cameras, microphones, speakers, displays and controls. Room dimensions, seating, acoustics and meeting platforms guide the equipment selection.

Video conferencing systems

Explore video bars, modular room systems and conferencing cameras for face-to-face collaboration between office and remote teams. Select devices around viewing angles, participant positions and platform requirements.

Microphones & room audio

Consider tabletop, ceiling and expansion microphones alongside suitable speakers. Pickup coverage, echo control and room acoustics matter as much as the number of seats.

Controls & content sharing

Simplify everyday use with appropriate room controllers, presentation connections and content-sharing options. Available functions depend on the selected system and configuration.

Explore a starting point for your space

Huddle room

A compact space for focused conversations and small-team collaboration.

  • Compact video bar or suitable USB camera
  • Microphone coverage for the seating area
  • Appropriately sized display
  • Simple laptop or room-system connection

These are planning examples. Final equipment depends on room dimensions, acoustics, platform compatibility and site conditions.

PA Systems & Professional Sound

Clear speech. Balanced coverage. Purposeful sound.

Public address and installed audio systems for announcements, presentations, training and everyday business environments. Start with the listening area, intended use and background noise before choosing microphones, loudspeakers and amplification.

Public address systems

Explore paging microphones, amplifiers and loudspeakers for speech distribution across selected areas. Coverage and zoning should follow the layout and operational needs of the premises.

Presentation & training audio

Match handheld, lapel or headset microphones with suitable speakers and mixing equipment for presenters, classrooms, training spaces and multipurpose rooms.

Installed & background audio

Plan ceiling, wall-mounted or other suitable speakers with amplification and controls. Consider listening levels, separate zones, source selection and future expansion.

What we consider

  • Room dimensions and ceiling height
  • Speech, music and announcement requirements
  • Speaker placement and listening coverage
  • Microphone types and presenter movement
  • Cable routes, mounting and power

Build the right system together

Microphones, mixers, processors, amplifiers and loudspeakers need to work as a complete system. Share your room layout and intended use so equipment quantities, connections and installation scope can be defined.

Emergency voice alarm requirements are a separate specification and must be assessed specifically for the project.

Webcams & Personal Video

A Professional Presence from every desk.

Choose Business webcams for video meetings, interviews, remote collaboration and online presentations. Match the camera to your lighting, workstation, meeting software and preferred framing.

Business Webcams

Explore HD and 4K webcam options with features such as autofocus, adjustable framing and privacy shutters where available. Actual meeting resolution also depends on software settings and connection quality.

Framing & Lighting

Consider camera position, field of view, background and available light. A suitable viewing angle can improve the experience more than choosing resolution alone.

Connections & Mounting

Check USB-A or USB-C connections, available ports and monitor or tripod mounting. Confirm device support for the operating system and meeting application.

What should we plan together?

A few practical details help us build a clearer audio visual specification for your project.

Your audio visual questions, answered.

What equipment does a conference room need?

A typical starting point includes a display, camera, microphones, speakers and a way to connect or control the meeting. The final equipment depends on room size, seating, acoustics and your chosen meeting platform.

Can we use Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or Cisco Webex?

The system should be selected for your intended platform and operating mode. A laptop-connected USB setup differs from a dedicated room system. Device support, certification, licensing and cross-platform meeting features need checking for the exact equipment and configuration.

What is the difference between a USB meeting room and a dedicated room system?

A USB or bring-your-own-device setup normally uses a connected laptop to run the meeting. A dedicated room system uses its own supported room platform and controls. The best approach depends on your users, meeting services and management requirements.

Can one video bar cover our entire boardroom?

That depends on room depth, seating positions, camera coverage and microphone pickup. Larger or more complex spaces may require additional microphones, cameras or a modular system. Share a room layout before choosing.

How do we choose a PA system for our premises?

Start with the areas to be covered and whether the system is for announcements, presentations, music or several uses. Speaker placement, zoning, amplification and microphone selection should follow the site layout and acoustic needs.

Do we need a 4K webcam for everyday meetings?

Not necessarily. Lighting, framing and microphone quality also affect the experience. Your meeting application and connection may limit transmitted video resolution, so choose around the complete working setup.

Can we reuse existing screens and audio equipment?

Often some equipment can be retained, but its connections, condition and compatibility need review. Send model numbers and photographs so the proposed system can account for what you already have.

What should be confirmed before installation?

Confirm mounting positions, cable routes, power, network access, room readiness and account requirements. The agreed scope should identify installation, configuration, testing and any work to be completed by the customer or another contractor.

Let’s bring your space together.
